We are thrilled to announce a momentous milestone in the evolution of Climate Clock as we proudly welcome Raj Burman as our new Executive Director. Raj, a seasoned growth architect, strategic troubleshooter and impact venture philanthropist brings an outstanding 30-year track record of advancing transformational growth across diverse industries.

Raj's illustrious leadership journey spans from scaling growth and securing funding in commercial Blue-Chip companies to fostering innovation in disruptive startups, charities/non-profits and the public sector. As a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs, Raj's commitment transcends traditional business metrics, advocating for entrepreneurship as a powerful solution to global challenges. His active advocacy for equity, inclusion and ethics is exemplified through the championing of responsible, "must-have" innovations that defend human rights and generate a positive impact.

Notably, Raj served as the Chief Executive of Techfugees Foundation, accelerating the inclusion of forcibly displaced persons through responsible tech. His impactful roles include being an Ambassador to the UN Global Poverty Project for advocating the UN Sustainable Development Goals, leading the UK digital scale-up accelerator program for the European Commission, co-founding a philanthropic venture for WPP Group, and actively mentoring with TERN (The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network). Currently, Raj serves as the Chair of the Student Action of Refugees, scaling the national student leaders community across the UK in advocating for equitable higher education, inclusive university campuses, and refugee rights.

At the heart of Raj's life's mission lies a profound commitment to serving the undervalued, unheard, and unseen in society. His impassioned pursuit of meaningful change seamlessly aligns with the ethos of Climate Clock, where urgency converges with innovation to address the pressing issue of climate change.

Raj will become an integral member of the Climate Clock senior leadership team, collaborating closely with Co-Founders Andrew Boyd and Gan Golan to elevate Climate Clock to the next level.
